Refund policy

Returns:

Meia Ventures prints each product on demand, thus all products are unique and produced per order. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will strive to make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your order!!

For environmental, sustainability and human friendly reasons, all of our products are only made when you order it.  Once an order has been finalized and sent to the Product and Print Provider, you can no longer edit any details or cancel the order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information to send to the Product and Print Providers for fulfillment and shipping purposes. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Meia Ventures or our Print Suppliers are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Returns or exchanges are not supported if our customers ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 business days) if the item is defective (if there are manufacturing errors and printing issues), damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to our customer support team to qualify for a return, exchange and/or refund.  If a replacement order is arranged and the customer is not satisfied with replacement order(s), we can offer you a refund after a further customer service review period.

Please feel free to contact our help center with all the necessary information and photographic documentation for investigation in this and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.

To start a return, please contact us at help@meiaventures.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and/or processed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
